I recently stayed at Wonderloft for a few nights during my backpacking trip. The hostel had a fantastic location and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rara/Lala and Abi even took us on a free tour of the city, which was a highlight of my stay. The cleanliness of the hostel was top-notch and the dorm rooms were comfortable and private with spacious lockers and curtains. The social space was great for meeting fellow travelers and enjoying a game of pool or a drink together. one of the best hostels I've had the pleasure of staying in.
I do recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of the old city center and bus station, making it easy to explore. The staff, especially Nina and Andini, were warm, helpful, and made my stay enjoyable.
Food for breakfast could be improved by adding more variety and options.

We had a fantastic Christmas stay! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. We lost our sunglasses and they helped arrange for them to be sent back to the airport. the location was ideal, with easy access to bus and train stations. the availability of a minimarket and kitchen amenities helped us save money on food. the facilities were always clean and everything worked properly.
It was a bit challenging to find the hostel for inexperienced jaywalkers due to the concrete road blocks. there were some security concerns as someone stole a guest's passport and money from their locker.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to transfer links and city attractions. Clean and comfortable rooms, with a nice terrace on the top floor for relaxation.
The beds were a bit small, even for someone petite like me. It made for a slightly uncomfortable sleeping experience.

Enjoyed the cozy and comfortable common areas, especially the rooftop garden and second-floor bean-bag chill area. the hostel's interior matched the photos, creating a cozy atmosphere. - the location was convenient, with easy access to the old town and train station. - Free lockers with personal locks were provided. - There were plenty of activities to do, such as playing on the computer.
Some bathrooms were not as clean as expected. The noise level in the hostel was high, which made it difficult to sleep.
